1. Custom Service Nature

Our services, including website development, website design, mobile app development, and branding, are custom, project-based, and involve significant time, planning, and resources from the moment a project begins. Because of this custom nature, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@aksisolutions.com within 7 days of the initial payment, before substantial project work has commenced.
  • If work has already started on your project (including research, design, wireframing, or development), a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once a project has been fully delivered, approved by the client, and/or launched live.
  • Refunds are not available for completed milestones that the client has already reviewed and approved.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting fees, licenses, plugins, or stock assets.
  • Consultation fees and discovery sessions that have already taken place.
  • Custom design or development work that has been approved by the client at any milestone.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
