All project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a written proposal or quote provided before work begins. Any changes to project scope after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information, content, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones or upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party assets, tools, frameworks, or stock materials used, which remain subject to their original licenses. AKS iSolutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

The number of included revisions will be specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed may be billed separately.

7. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates based on the information available at project start. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

AKS iSolutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. See our Cancellation Policy for more details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
